Today we’re going to touch on a pretty interesting subject. Rob, why don’t I pass the baton to you.

 

Rob

So basically, the concept of today is working with the best. And the reason why I want to explore this with you Adrian is because…. Audience, just a warning here, we may rabbit hole here, as I have a few things that have been bugging me. Or maybe they’re just things to share. Again it’s important to work with the BEST. For me, I work in a real estate brokerage and Adrian happens to be in a lending brokerage, and we work with ALL of these other professionals – bookkeepers, financial planners, CPAs…

You work with so many vendors first-hand, you know what it’s like to be burned by them and also what it’s like to work with someone that truly understands their craft on a deeper-level.

 

Rob

I couldn’t help make “Real Estate Millionaires Everyday” if I wasn’t being fed the right directions from the financial planner, CPA, bookkeeping, insurance and so on, and so on. In my industry you have to rely on all of your specialists. Don’t even get me started on all of the contractors we also work with when we’re working on the real estate transactions – There’s just dozens of them. And we’re always looking for the next great relationship to add to the stable of other great relationships. So, getting back to the point here. I’m in a unique position to know, based on the transactions that I do, what is a top of the line mortgage professional. I’m actually tooting your horn here, Adrian (laughing). No, it’s not accidental.

There are just some, excuse my french, shitty, shitty professionals out there, that give the term professional a terrible name.

I wanted to tell you a little story to set this up. It’s a safe transaction my team has gotten into recently. So, my whole team has been working hard on this transaction with a mutual client and friend’s parents who are moving into the area. Audience for reference we’re in the Portland Metro area. In the last few weeks we were able to get them into a contract and it was nice because it was an all cash transaction…
