Our Realtor partners earn a referral fee for each “door” referred to us that signs a property management agreement. We have different tiers for different levels of referrals, so the more referrals you have, the more you earn!

As an agent, you are likely asked for a property management referral from your clients, so connecting clients with a trusted company that can provide exactly what they need is pivotal to helping grow your business. We never ask you to terminate your client relationship. We handle only their property management needs and send them right back to you for any future sales or purchases.

  • $500 referral fee for any single family home or duplex for the first property referred for closed business.

*The referral amount is increased by $50 for each subsequent referral up – to a max referral bonus of $1000 for single-family homes or duplexes.

  • $350 per unit on multi-unit properties (three units and above) for closed business.

*Max referral bonus of $3000 for multi-unit properties.

 

Our Realtor Partners earn a referral fee for each “door” referred to us that signs a Property Management Agreement.

*Referral fee paid-out upon placement of new tenant for vacant properties or tenant payment of first month’s rent for occupied properties.
