Hi, Future Millionaires. Welcome back to the Get Rich Slow podcast . I’m Adrian Schermer and I’m joined with my Co-hosts Rob Delavan and Lance Johnson.

Today, is very special. Today we’re kicking of a series of videos that circles around a core concept, that’s near and dear to all of our hearts. And really that’s just the basic of net worth and building it. Expanding it forward to many of the avenues of expertise we have available to us. So, we’re going to bring on some guests that are specialists and experts in their fields and teach you a BIG block of educations – that going to be of great value with knowledge that’s going to be passed on to folks that have had a decade plus experience in their fields.

Oh yeah. At least at decade.

Expertise takes a lifetime but you know when you’ve reached a decade plus you have important info to share. It’s a constant state of improvement. But when you’re on the road for this much time, you get a good sense of knowing what’s best and what can bite you in the butt. So, the three of us are going to explore this in-depth and take you along for the ride.

So, Lance we should probably mention, you’re pushing decade number 3, right?

Yeah, I’m one of those guys now (Laughter). 28 years in the business and we can just round that up to 30 years and that makes me the Wiley Coyote.

Well, you started when you were 12 so… (Laughter) So, let’s dive in here now. The key here is the Power of Your Net Worth. The goal of this podcast is to Kick This Series Off. In the financial advisory world, Lance, will you explain in general terms the focus of this podcast, which is building an individual’s net worth.

I try to build everything down to very simple basic scenarios. So, ROI’s tagline is “Building billionaires by being brilliant at the basics.” Whether you play sports. Whether you’re in school there’s always statistics that are followed. The one statistic you want to follow is how to build net worth. Where are you today. And where are you going in the future. So, that’s the one statistic I look at to follow the health of my clients.

So, what is net worth? Net worth is Assets minus Liabilities…
