We’ve all heard about real estate agents who bake fresh bread or cookies before a showing. It’s actually NOT a bad idea, and the same is true for plug-in air fresheners. Vanilla is an excellent choice for the kitchen, apple cinnamon works well in the common areas, and a fresh, clean scent works is a must for the laundry room. By doing this, you can create a theme to the showing even if it’s not a traditional Open House.
