Rob Delavan is the founding Owner and operating Principal Broker for Delavan Realty Inc. which provides residential, commercial and property management services to a diverse portfolio of clientele. His approach to Real Estate is simple… answer the phone, do exactly what is asked and treat every transaction as if it were his own! Rob has spent decades garnering experience in finance, construction management, real estate rehab and investment to provide the best results possible in every situation for his clients.
Real estate transactions can be stressful and overwhelming. To alleviate that stress Rob utilizes his financial and investment background to analyze the value of every potential real estate transaction. He is committed to providing hands-on service with the ability to foresee expensive pitfalls and management issues when analyzing property.
Rob and his lovely wife of twenty-two years, Lydia, are the proud parents of two wonderful children. They reside in Tualatin and when they are not working they are traveling, snowboarding, cruising or at Trailblazer games with their family and friends.
