Adrian Welcome back future millionaires to the Get Rich Slow Podcast. I’m one of your Co-hosts, Adrian Schermer and I’m joined here by my Co-hosts Robert Delavan and Lance Johnson. How’s are you both this morning?
Rob Good morning. Fabulous.
Lance Good morning. It’s a great day to be building wealth.
Adrian Today we’ve got quite a title here. It’s “Allowing other people’s money to work for you.” Core concept here is utilizing leverage to build assets. I’m going to pass it along to Rob here to fire us along.
Rob So, the goals of the podcasts are to teach the audience what utilizing leverage means. And different ways to utilize leverage in different sectors. And who should be using which kinds of leverage.

This is next tier in that concept which is – How do you make that asset work harder for you?”
Rob Right. So, I’m going just kick this off. Lance, I’m going to drill you here. So, for someone who doesn’t know what “utilizing leverage means” can you, in the simplest terms possible, tell us and act like Adrian and I are the idiots in the room…
