Rachel’s resume adds to the more than three decades of experience for Delavan Realty which allows her to play an essential role in property management.

Rachel is a native Oregonian, who brings a plethora of local market knowledge and expertise to every transaction. No stranger to the Portland area, Rachel, is well-versed in not only Portland proper, but the surrounding areas as well. Rachel is applauded for being easy to work with and relentless in her pursuit to satisfy the needs of her clients – as she is always willing to go the extra mile. Rachel and her partner, Shandon, are proud parents of a beautiful and vibrant little girl. She loves being a mom and exploring the glorious Portland metropolitan area with her daughter in tow. When Rachel is able to carve out time away from work she enjoys horseback riding, music, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
