Melinda Binder is an experienced Real Estate Broker in SW Washington, and real estate philosophy is simple: “the customer is everything.” From the new buyer looking at their first condo, to the investment buyer and everything in between.

Melinda learned this customer centric ideology early in her career owning a restaurant in Clark County. This experience gave her the work ethic and perseverance needed to succeed when others fail in  selling a property. This experience also helped develop sound marketing fundamentals she uses to this day.

Melinda is a born and raised Washingtonian. Melinda and her husband Mike have together raised their 4 kids. They enjoy cheering on their youngest during his high school football games or hanging out with their adult kids and new son in law. You might also find her at the local dog park with 1 or all 3 of her rescue dogs.
